Meet Charlie
Charles (Charlie) Ferraro is a dedicated public servant, former small business owner, and Grandmaster who has spent decades fighting for Connecticut families. After serving five terms in the Connecticut House of Representatives or the 117th District (West Haven, Orange, and Milford), he recently announced his candidacy for the Connecticut State Senate in the 33rd District, where he now resides in Clinton with his wife, Gerealyn.
In the House, Charlie rose to become the Republican leader on the Energy and Technology Committee, where he focused on energy affordability, often opposing measures that could raise rates for residents and businesses. In addition, Ferraro was proud to serve as the Republican leader on the Veterans' Affairs Committee, where he was a strong advocate for veterans and fought for funding for programs for the brave men and women who have served our country.
